Staff is rude & insensitive - vet is incompetent - my cat has not been able to keep down food & has been vomiting since his visit which was not in any way related to a digestive issue!!! Find somewhere else to take your pet - ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!

I have had adequate care for my dog and 2 cats for 4+ years until today. I made arrangements for my dog to be neutered 1 week in advance so all my husband had to do was drop off the dog and sign the paper work. What I did not know was that the paper work changed between my conversation with the office staff and my husband dropping off the dog. I went to pick him up and the cost had risen from ~$200 to $350. The worst part was the very poor customer service when the Vet blamed my husband for the expenses. I was shocked at the cost increase and appalled that the Vet (Dr. Chamness) blamed me and my husband instead of the changed paper work.
