Been going to Carr Hyatt since 1992. I like the rest of his loyal clients would go no where else. He & the staff are the best. He won't quit until he finds the problem. He has contacts all over & does not hesitate to get their opinion. Also adore Melanie, Susan, Kelly & Hilary. They have always been there for me. Dogs are my only children & I am a bit sensitive which causes me to over react but they are always there to reassure me. Thanks 4 all u do. You go above & beyond!!!!!'

We have been taking our pets to CHAH for years. They are awesome! The staff works with you to provide the best care for your pets. And when the time comes for hard decisions, they show compassion and support. The treatment and care they provide is top-notch. I have never considered going anywhere else.

This is the best place to take a beloved pet. When Bree got very sick they took excellent care of her. It was during a holiday I was having a hard time knowing she was in the hospital. The doctor took her home with him so he could make sure she got the best care. How could I ever thank him for doing so much plus saving her life. They have the best staff, doctors I've ever known. I couldn't imagine not having them to care for Bree who I love so much. They honestly care so much. Susan & Melody have talk to me so many times when she was sick which got me thru her hospital stay. I take her for her for her baths. They do a great job. I know I could never imagine going anywhere else & I'm sure Bree wouldn't either. They are the best veterinary in Tennessee! Take your pets to the best veterinary, if you want the best for them then take them here. I'm so thankful for everything they have done for me & Bree. There aren't enough words to express how much they mean to me.

We have been using Colonial Heights Animal Hospital for years. When I was younger my boxer Duke was very sick and thanks to Dr. Hyatt and the help of UT in Knoxville he was saved and lived many many more years. Now that I have a new baby, a little yorkie named Ellie of course the first place and only place I would take her to receive caring and knowledgeable treatment is CHAH, if you love your fur babies trust no other! Thank you to Dr. Hyatt and the rest of the staff for always being so kind! Oh and always calling back to check on Ellie when she's been sick. You guys are all AWESOME!

Colonial heights animal hospital is so willing to work with my schedule. They are very eager to work me in when an emergency arises & they are very compassionate & professional.
