my family have been loyal to this facility my entire life. we have taken our pets here for 27 years. the past 5 years I have grown increasingly dissatisfied with the service. The staff is unconcerned, dismissive, they take their sweet time and when i ask them to update my pets info, they SAY they will and that they did do so, but they dont! I am so sick of this. Today i sat in the waiting room with my dog, who possibly could have a fast acting fatal issue (bloat) ... i wasnt sure thats what she had but the possibility shouldve made them show some urgency. I sat there for an hour and a half. both front and back waiting areas filled and emptied twice before i was brought to a room. there, i waited another 1/2 hr to be seen. the vet took 2 hrs trying to determine what was wrong. said she could find nothing wrong. she didnt know what was wrong with my dog. and my dog is still in pain. I am beyond disgusted with this facility. I have given them years of loyal service. given chance after chance. Im done. I was going to get my dog fixed there next month but after this i dont want them touching my pets again.

This really is the most terrible animal hospital. I speak from experience. I have seen their kennel downstairs and they are filthy, only cleaned once a day. ADVICE: do not take your animals here unless you want them to come home with a new problem/disease. The service is also terrible. Everyone who works up front is rude and has no professionalism at all.

Yes they are always very busy but they are wonderful. I had two dogs cared for there and put to sleep and they were always compassionate and understanding. I have two puppies and a cat now and still go.

Everyone there really cares about your pets and try to get you the best care that they can provide. It may take a little while checking in and out, but that is the price you pay for excellent care and service to your pet!

I've been a customer for a long time. I've had it. I don't know if it's the girls upfront or the vets but when they are supposed to call you back they never do. I have to call over and over to have a pets meds called in to a pharmacy or for them to fill it and when going to get it it's still not filled. Or giving my dog medicine that my dog shouldn't be taking since he has liver problems and if it's just stopped causes deadly seizures. And when calling to see what to do I'm told the vet will call me back. Well when I call @ 8 and dont receive an answer and you close at 3? I go through this every time about getting a call back that never happens. I'm ready to go somewhere else and pay more to make sure my pet doesn't die cause they don't call you back. I don't know if the girls upfront dont tell the vets or they just dont care. Also it don't matter if you have an appointment or not you still have to wait 2-3 hours and see people that came in after you go in before you.
