Really, really adore this place. It isn't fancy - it's exactly what a vet's office should be. The staff is kind & caring and the doctors are wonderful. Their prices are very affordable (we were going to a vet's office on Northshore & it was literally twice as much as Butler)! So glad we found this place! I've referred so many people to them, but I kind of hope the secret doesn't get out to everyone!

I made an appointment for my dog's annual visit (I have been bringing my dog here for over 8 years). I was seen by another doctor, because the one I had scheduled it with was ill. I saw Dr. M.M. The visit itself was so quick, I couldn't believe it. The doctor did not check my dog's lungs, feel her body for any abnormalities or take her temperature. I did asked him to check her ears and cut her nails. Other than that, all he did was a sample of her blood and her vaccinations. I also had to ask to get her weight; otherwise, maybe it would not have been done either. Aren't annual exams supposed to include these "basic" measures to check the overall health of the pet, like taking the temperature, checking heart and lung and body masses, perhaps skin conditions? Could a seemingly healthy looking dog have some issues that may be detected with these simple steps? I asked if this was the way they did exams now, and I was told that my dog was fine. Dr. M.M. was pleasant. I just think he could have done a more thorough job for the annual exam.

Dr Butler is the best! His clinic is top notch. I wouldn't go anywhere else. He helped us like no vet I have ever known. He has the finest staff, efficient, friendly and caring.

We love all of the staff and doctors! Quality care and affordable prices. They never try to sell you something you don't need and they're so caring! They saved our cat after being hit by our own car, and they care for our 3 dogs also! I won't go anywhere else!

My mom had to take her dog to Butler on Saturday morning because she was bleeding very bad and come to find out she had pyometra, which is a very bad infection of the uterus. They quoted her around 500.00 to do surgery and when my mom went to pay she only had to pay 240.00. Thank you so much Dr. Butler and staff for taking great care of my mom and her dog. It means a lot that you care so much about others and are willing to work with people.
