I scheduled an appointment for my cat Snickers who was ill for the next day. It snowed the next day and the office was closed. I had not received a phone call notifying me of the closure and they did not try to reschedule me. The appointment was at 3 pm and while it did snow the roads were passable and I was able to get into a clinic 3 hours later. We arrived and we got Snickers up on the exam table and he went into a seizure and went into a coma and we had to have him put down. If the original appointment would have been kept the outcome may have been different because he was still active 3 hours earlier. When contacted they would not let me talk to the vet at the center and I was told they were sorry for my loss and hung up on me. I feel if they were truly pet lovers that they would have consoled me instead of making excuses for the weather and defending their policy to shut down that day. Perhaps they could have asked if the vet could call back and discuss it with me if they could not handle the situation properly. All I know from this experience is that they showed little empathy, defended shutting down over a little snow, did not communicate well and did ultimately let my pet down. I would not recommend this place for your pets.

Love this vet. I take both my young excitable dogs, and my aging, crippled cat to them. They always remember them, even when I only come in annually for shots. Very loving environment. I highly recommend.
