Great place. This was the first vet I took my cat and dog to when I moved to Knoxville, and have never left. The service is good, the doctors and staff make you feel at home. All the vets and vet assistants that I've had there have all been extremely nice and helpful. Their prices are about average with a local vet office (not cheap, but not outrageous either). Making appointments are also very easy. I email the office and within a day, Jeff will email me back with an appointment closest to my requested time! Very handy having a business actually email me back! I've already recommended my roommate (who's a vet student at UT) to bring his cat and dog there, and he has an appointment already set up!

As a life long pet owner, I've had the privilege of working with some wonderful vets and staff over the years. When my family moved to Knoxville a few years ago, finding a vet was top priority. I can say unequivocally that I've never been more pleased with my vet. It's not just the doctors who are wonderful, although Dr. Youmans is particularly attentive, but the entire staff makes it a welcoming place for our animals. In addition to regular care, we have boarded all of our animals (two dogs and a cat) with Knoxville Animal Clinic on multiple occasions. My surly corgi is a difficult boarder, yet he literally pulls me into the door when we arrive. When I return to pick him up, he is bright and happy. I would highly recommend Knoxville Animal Clinic to anyone looking for a small animal vet or a boarding facility.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Skinner and the staff at KAC (Sara, Jessica, Josh, Jessica, Jeff, etc). I have been going here for many years and decided to stay when the clinic was bought by Dr. Skinner and Dr. Youmans. I am been more than pleased at the care they have taken of my pets. Sadly my pets are now in the later years and several of them have been having major health issues - 2 have passed in the past 6 months. All I can say is that Dr. Skinner has bent over backwards to determine what is going on, what options we have, and the different ways they can be treated. Not only has he taken a personal interest in my animals, he has been great at dealing with their owner - me - which is a challenge in itself. The staff does whatever possible to get you in when an emergency arises, and they are very loving to your babies. If you are looking for a place that will take the same kind of care of your animals that you would if you were the vet, then this is the place to go. I cannot express how much I have appreciated all they have done and continue to do, they go beyond what most any other clinic would ever do. The Doctors and staff at KAC are the best~ Thanks for all that you do and I hope more and more people will continue find out about and use your services as well!

My wife and I have been taking our redbone coonhound here for the past few years and we are totally satisfied. The employees here always make us feel welcome and give quality care to our big guy. Plus, they are extremely flexible and will go out of their way every time we need to pick our dog up before or after hours, which is extremely helpful. Overall, a glowing review.
