They were wonderful! We accidentally passed the Animal ER early in the a.m. and ended up in their parking lot as the receptionist was coming into work. She told us where the ER was but said a doctor was in early and they took our dog in right away! They took great care and gave lots of attention to our dog's wound. Thank-you Lange for being there and so kind!

I have been taking my Maltese dog here for 4 months, and the veterinarians are friendly and helpful. My dog warmed up to the vet, even though he is scared of people. When I first got my dog, he was sick, and they gave him some medicine that made his cough go away. Now I have added a second dog to my family, and I took our new puppy there today. These people know what they are doing. I trust them with my precious animals who are like children to me!

The staff is friendly, caring and willing to go the extra mile to make sure your pet is happy and healthy! I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Seperate dog and cat areas. Clean. Staff are professional and go the extra mile. Vets are thorough and communicate well any issues with your pet. A little pricey compared to east knoxville, but definately competitive for West. Well worth it. Lived here all my life. Whole family are animal lovers and swear by Lange compared to other Vets in the area.
