In a phone call made to this office today regarding help for a bird I own, the operator was completely un-helpful and down right rude. I am totally disgusted with my first interaction with this office. Dr. Rick Hall came highly recomended from my current vet, but he aparently lacks judgement for picking employees. With the economy the way it is I am glad that Pellissippis Veterinary Hospital is doing so well they can afford to be rude to potential clients. AVOID THIS OFFICE!! Thanks for not helping me...I'll just go directly to U.T. for assistance, at least their staff is friendly and eager to help. (Just got off the phone with U.T. and they were very pleasant and will get back in touch with me.) Being nice to people goes a long way....especially when jobs are being lost daily!

I understand that guy had a negative experience with a staff member, but maybe the person was just having a bad day. They have always been very polite towards me and are very thorough. We have been going to him with our cats and dogs for at least 18 years now and have always been very pleased with them.
