Our dog Maxine has been a patient of Dr. Head's since I moved to the Nashville area in 2006. She is an older dog (15) with some minor health issues. I am in the exam room at every visit and have NEVER seen him treat her with anything but the same loving care that you would give a child. We feel that the only reason she is still with us is because she is treated so well. I have recommended Dr. Head to anyone who asks where to find a good veterinarian and will continue to do so. We even adopted a cat from the office. Please trust them with your pet.....you will be glad that you did.

I brought my cat in a few years ago. She was not the most cooperative, but the way the Dr handle situation was EXTREMELY poor. He began hitting her with a towel while I was in the room and told me there was nothing he could do. It was so unprofessional. I now currently work at a vet clinic and have had clients come to us because this same Dr was slamming their already injured dog on the table. I am shocked this clinic has not been shut down....
