Oh they were nice in the beginning. Somewhat unprofessional but nice. Until we received the bill. The puppy we took in there for an injury sustained during a scuffle with a larger dog was part of a rescue group locally. The vet offered a 20% rescue discount and told the representative that they would donate the meds since they were donated to the clinic. This would save the rescue and myself money. The bill shows 3 xrays...only 1 was taken. We are charged for all the meds! No one there seems to "know" anything about the bill. I asked for her records to be transferred to another vet and it is a $5 fee and I have to go get them and do the leg work! The refuse to email or fax them! I will NEVER recommend this vet!

I love everyone at this clinic! My whole family has brought thier pets here and we have never had a bad experience! Dr Mark is amazing! He is kind, caring, and has compassion. He provided care to our cocker spaniel who had cronic health problems and always treated him, as well as us , wonderfully! Thanks Dr. Mark! Tessa

I got the meds I was needing for my grandma's dog when I was dogsitting for a week. They gave me the right meds. I didn't have to pay for the meds or for a visit!
