We just got back from a Sunday morning appointment and are not only relieved that our new addition to the family is healthy, but pleased to have found such a great clinic. The receptionist, VetTech, and Dr. Moore all were very personable and truly cared about our puppy and us. It was delightful to meet animal health professionals who care about the animals and their humans.

The staff I've been interacting with for the last 3 years( since 2008) has been very nice and understanding, but lately the NEW staff has been unprofessional and just rude.Remember, I only have an issue with the NEW people on their staff. The older staffers are awesome! On the phone they're curt and sound like they're too busy to take the call, and in person they're not personable or very friendly to my pet. It would be like leaving my kid with someone who only tolerated children. Not a good thing. Also, their Vet turnover rate this last year has been concerning, and it seems that my dog see's a new vet everytime I take her in there for her bi-annuals. I'm not taking her back there, and will be seeking another provider. Why the hell would I continue to go to a doc that I don't get good vibes from??

I took my dachshund there because She had gotten hit by a car. They took her to the back and they told us it was too late. As me and my mother balled our eyes out in the lobby, they put her in a coffin-like box for us free of charge. They were very nice despite the hard situation.

Dr. Nation has great bedside manner, and treats pocket pets and exotic animals. The support staff (nurses, manager and vet techs) were very helpful.
