The staff are great! The appointments are more efficient than my own doctor, we get in and are seen in less than 5 minutes. I also like that they send helpful reminders on flea/tick and rabies prevention. They give honest opinions and speak from experience. We have taken our puppy there 3 times so far and plan on building a great relationship!

Overpriced!! I took my dog here to be treated for diabetes and the insulin was highly overpriced by the staff ... They charged me $50 for $39 insulin. Then they lied several times and said the insulin was $50 and then charged $99 to my credit card ...

The staff at Memphis Animal Clinic is amazing! I have taken one of my dogs there for 3 years and just took in a stray with some serious health issues. They are always very caring and empathetic and aware that while people love their animals, sometimes a budget has to be kept in mind. They always present multiple options and are great to work with. I can't reccommend this office enough!

Just moved to Midtown and took my new puppy there for her first set of shots. The staff was super friendly. The Vet was wonderful and took the time to completely look over my puppy. Checking her temperature, weight, looking for fleas, skin issues, glands and her bottom for irritation. One of the best experiences I have had at a vet.

Very Disappointed!!!!! New to Memphis, took my dogs here for back pain and fell in love with the vet and staff. They were so kind and helpful. Saw that they offered grooming and was excited to try it. When I picked my dogs up from being groomed I was shocked! It was extremely overpriced for the job done ($55 per dog). Both my dogs have long hair, are groomed regularly and have been to multiple groomers throughout their lives. I have never had any problems before. Their hair was uneven, they still had little mats on their stomachs and worst of all one of my dogs was burned by the clippers. Within two days she had a big scab where she was burned. I made an appointment w/ the vet to show her. The vet was not so kind and helpful this time. Even though she admitted that the burn was "probably" caused by the clippers she tried to say my dog had problems b/c of allergies. I know nothing about being a vet but I do know my dog, her allergy problems and that she had no burns or wounds before she went to be groomed. I felt like she thought I was trying to swindle her. While she did not charge me for the office visit she did want to charge me for the meds needed to treat my dog, which amounted to more than the grooming visit ($60). I was stunned, said no thank you and took my dog to her old vet in AR where I was charged for an office visit, given meds and it still came out $10 cheaper. My dog's doing great but unfortunately we're still looking for a good vet and groomer in Memphis.
