We recently tried Utopia after seeing it daily during the week while going to work at Methodist University. Called and made the appointment for two of the girls to be clipped and bathed. The staff were great. The girls looked perfect and were happy. My girls normally hold back not accepting new people but they immediately accepted the staff at Utopia. We will be using Utopia for all of our four-legged children.

Utopia is a wonderful place! I have taken my dog, Nolan, there since I adopted him in March of 2014. Dr. Jen really knows her stuff and will go the least expensive route first. Nolan and I both love seeing Dr. Jen. Dr. Jen really takes the time to get to know the person as well as your pet. She is very friendly and hands on with the animal. She loves what she does. Her assistants, Carla and Annie are also very helpful and friendly! I will continue to take Nolan and my future pets to Dr. Clay!! I highly recommend this clinic! -Ronnie

I LOVELOVELOVE these people!! Dr. Jennifer Clay is absolutely amazing and her staff is as well. I have 6 chihuahuas and a german shepherd who respond incredibly well to all their experiences at Utopia Animal Hospital. Several times I have had emergencies occur between 5:00 and 6:00 pm (right at their closing time) and they actually stayed open and waited for me to bring one or all of my babies in! Dr. Clay is a very knowledgeable veterinarian who actually spends time with me and the dogs on each visit. Annie is one of my favorite people in the whole world!!! I love this place so much and am very grateful for them and all of their services! (And to one of the previous posters...no, I am not related to Dr Clay or any of the employees!)

My first experience with Dr. Jen at Utopia sold me on her and her veterinary office. My cat of 17 years that had moved everywhere with me during college and all of the back and forths was not acting like herself, so I brought her to Utopia based on a recommendation from a friend. It turns out my cats kidneys had failed and we did several things to make her more comfortable but eventually she passed on. I received an email from Dr. Jen herself expressing her condolences and then a few days later I received a sympathy card from Utopia with personalized messages from each and every staff member. I was blown away because I had only brought my cat maybe two times total in the span of four months. Needless to say this helped me get through the death of my cat and ever since that Dr. Jen became the vet I take my animals to. She's very knowledgeable and very good at what she does. My favorite thing, however, is that she takes the time to talk to you and spend time with you which is not that common. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a good place to take their furry friends.

I was very happy with this vet. I felt like she created a very relaxing and calming first visit for my anxious pup. I also thought she was intuitive and knowledgeable. I liked that I was allowed to stay with my dog throughout the visit, and that she was never taken to a back room or out of my sight. We will be back.
