Please don't take your pet to PET CHOICE! They recently made news. They lost two dogs belonging to a woman. However, I decided to take my pom to them anyway because he needed his yearly shots and a trim nothing can go wrong with that right? HUGE MISTAKE! They shaved my pom and when my husband and I addressed the concerns they told us to buy him a shirt to wear and that his fur will grow back quickly and I'm still not sure if they gave him his shots. They didn't even give us a refund. The staff took this as a joke but it's not a joke look at my baby's before and after. I'm not happy at all. Their groomer made the mistake so we should have gotten our money back. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMAL THERE! We are now happily at Houston Levee animal hospital.

They never answered the phone when I called 10 times in one day. The fax doesn't pick up either, it also goes to voice mail. I've been trying to reach them about vet records that I need faxed to another clinic. I guess I am going to have to drive 45 minutes one way to get the records I need. It is frustrating to say the least. I am glad it isn't an emergency.

i've taken all my pets here (4) and the staff is great. they listen and I never leave feeling like my questions weren't answered. even though i moved about 40 minutes away, i'll continue to take my pets here.
