Consistently great! My neighbor recommended them when I moved to Mboro six years ago. (had been stuck with Banfield while in Hermitage). My various dogs have been seen by all the doctors at Brogli at one time or another, and each one is wonderful. I had two senior dogs who got loving care throughout, and now have two younger dogs who consistently get great care. Prices are reasonable, especially considering the high quality care. Unlike the big chains, you don't have to buy "package deals", so can save money accordingly. This practice works closely with your pets' needs; no more no less. LOVE 'em!

The one time I saw the Dr, it was a great experience. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took his time. Although I'm aware there are cheaper places in town, I was okay with it because I really liked the Dr. Now.. all of the other times I have visited the office just for vaccinations, have been terrible. One time I was offered "convenient drop off service" so I could drop my dog off and then pick him up later while he got his shots. I went to drop him off before work, was put in a waiting room for 25 minutes with my dog. I thought I was just dropping him off? All the while 3 girls laughed and chatted at the front desk. I came out twice and asked someone to come take my dog so I could get to work. They let me know that none of them were "qualified" to take my dog to the holding area and that someone qualified would be with me asap. It took me longer to just drop my dog off than it should have been to actually go and get his shots. It was ridiculous. In addition, the other 2-3 times he has gone in and had shots, I have waited in a room for much longer than I am used to, or expect to.

We have been taking our dogs to Dr. Alexander for seven years now. He is fantastic! He is friendly, personable and very knowledgeable. He is great with my dog and I feel he truly cares for her. My dog, who has passed away, was very ill with cancer and arthritis. He went above and beyond on several occasions to care for him. The staff at the office is also very friendly and willing to help. Dr. Alexander is simply awesome! Also, we have seen Dr. Lane and Dr. Weaver when Dr. Alexander wasn't available and we were very pleased with them as well. I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Alexander, his associates and staff.

I rarely write reviews but this was an absolutely fantastic experience! James Brogli and his staff were excellent. Dr. Brogli's care was comprehensive, efficient, well thought out and cost effective. He gained my trust immediately. As a family physician, I have met many providers of human medicine that could benefit from James' level of empathic and astute care. Thank you for all your help. BEST VETS IN TOWN! Dr. Lane is wonderful, very knowledgeable and you can tell he loves animals. My dog, who has diabetes, is very comfortable around him. We take our 3 dogs and cat to them for vaccines and care. Dr. Brogli treated another dog of ours in an emergency. He was just as great. We appreciate them and their dedication in providing compassionate care and always looking out for the animals' health and wellbeing. They are celebrating 50 years of veterinarian care so that should tell you something. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
