We took our Maine Coon cat here to get groomed. They did an excellent job; they trimmed and shaved her the way we requested. She looked great and was super soft and fluffy when we picked her up. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good and affordable groomer.

aweful. my cat had pretty long hair. I would brush her but she had some knots that hurt her when I tried to fix it. I thought taking her to someone who groomed cats would do a good job. I told them not to shave her and that I would be in class so I would not be able to pick her up til around 3pm. When I saw her I was so upset. She looked sick. The girl told me that my cat was difficult and they could not trim her without it looking choppy. She said she was not shaved but if you could she her pics you would say she was and they still did a choppy job. I posted her pic on fb and showed my neighbors who have seen her before and they asked me what the hell did you do to her. Seriously it was a crappy job and anyone who goes there is insane.

First of all, my puppy is treated at the Kinnard Hospital and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Kinnard and his staff! So when I was recommended to Happy Tails Grooming by the staff, I was sure it would be equally great. I was wrong. When I picked her up, I was shocked to see the haircut. It was uneven and choppy. One of her ears is longer than the other and the hair on top of her hair is uneven, resulting in pieces standing straight up that I still cannot get to lay down! (it is two months later)! The haircut was awful and I could have done a better job at home! While bathing her, a good amount of water got in her ears. I then had to watch her be in discomfort for the weekend until I could get her to the vet on Monday morning. There was so much water in her ears, you could hear it swishing around when she shook her head! The water resulted in a double ear infection, and ended up costing me a fortune I did not need to pay! They also shaved her so close, she had razor burn on her belly! I do NOT recommend Happy Tails Grooming!!!

I have three dogs. They have always gone to Pet Smart for grooming. One still does, my Keeshoud, only because of Miss Vicki who has groomed her for ten years, but my labs will now always go to Happy Tails. Elsie was great to work with, has a love for dogs, and my labs looked awesome when I picked them up....Thank you soooo much. See you next month

Christy Baird is the BEST groomer ever to my babies!! all I have to do is ask them ,"do you wanna go see miss Christy?" and they just run around so happy!!! She is so good with them and does a WONDERFUL job. She pays such close attention to their needs even finding an infected tooth that had to be pulled. Dr Kinard did the surgery and now my baby is more rambunctious than ever! Its good to see her play again. When Christy told me she was a Vet Tech before she became a groomer, it explained why she knows so much more than how to just give an amazing hair cut! I recommend her to everyone I know!
