We took our kitten to Dr. Warren for his neuter and it was a great experience. The doctor and her staff were very friendly and took great care of our cat. They seemed to treat him as their own pet as we were in the office for his pre-op exam. He returned to us in a great mood (indicative of good care) and the staff was very helpful answering questions about our cat. The office was clean and easy to get to. I would definitely recommend Warren to friends.

I read all the reviews before I went...and I must say that I was not thrilled about going from what I read. But after my precious Howie's check up, I was more than excited. Tina was so pleasant and helpful over the phone in discussing my options with me. Even when I arrived, Tina continued to take care of me and Howie and make sure we were ok. Within 2 minutes of being at the animal hospital, Casey came in and greeted Howie and started an assessment. She was very calm and gentle with Howie which made me feel So MUCH more comfortable. Casey continued throughout the whole process in making sure that Howie was not getting upset which I thought was awesome because I have been to many other vets that don't really care how the animal is feeling. Then Dr. Warren came in and did the examination and went over everything with me before any treatment. She explained the process, simplified it, and treated Howie for only the things I asked for. She went over cost and other options as well which really made me feel at ease. I just want to say a big THANK YOU to Tina, Casey, and Dr. Warren! Your staff is amazing! !!!

We had to put down our beloved cat of 16 years as he was very sick and we did not want him to suffer needlessly. After a gentle and thorough examination, Dr. Warren gave us the facts and we very tearfully had to make the decision that no pet owner ever wants to make. It was heartbreaking but I was so impressed with the gentleness and tenderness of ALL the staff, including the doctor. The entire staff was extremely professional and most of all they were caring. They made sure that the process would not be painful or traumatic for our precious cat who had been our companion 24 hours a day for 16 years. About a week later we received a beautiful sympathy card signed by all the staff. That was very beautiful and meant the world to us. Our baby was treated with dignity and respect and we were too. I have read other comments that were not so positive but I am puzzled and I can honestly say that we have other pets and we will consider it an honor to have Warren Animal Hospital care for them. Thank you Warren Animal Hospital for your kindness and compassion!

Warren animal hospital is THE best vet hospital my family has ever been to. Dr Warren deeply cares about your pet. She has rules in the exam rule to protect her , her staff and the animals owner. It is not a frivolous thing it is a liability issue. The hospital and staff have saved the life of many of our pets and they have grieved with our losses. The hospital is always clean (till your pet gets in the room and sheds or other things) It has never had an animal smell any where in the building. Dr. Warren and staff work very hard to care for the animals and not overcharge you.Dr. Warren can also do some amazing things for your pets with acupuncture, we had a cat who was shot in the back it caused her paw to curl in and she dragged it. Dr Warren did acupuncture on her and in 3 treatments her paw straighten out. She also saved the eye of a small dog we had that had its eye knocked out of its socket. I can go on and on but you get the picture. She is the most affordable vet in town. They have recently updated the decor and it is a simple hospital in the lobby because she puts her money in the back where your pets need it. I can't say enough great things about Warren animal hospital. If you had a bad experience you should look at your self and see if you where nervous or just unfamiliar with her procedures. Dr. Warrens will be the only Vet for us as long as we have pets.

I am an employee here at Warren Animal Hospital and have read a lot of these reviews and find them to be very untrue. People are saying that we mistreat the animals and mishandle them. That is absolutely not true. The way we hold the animals helps keep the animal and ourselves safe. It does not hurt the animals. Muzzling an animal does not hurt it, but again keeps anyone from getting hurt. I am not biased because I work here, but know for a fact how we operate. We provide your pet with the best care we can and make sure you as owners have the information needed to keep your pet healthy. The employees try to keep the building as neat as possible and do our best to keep owners and pets comfortable while the Dr. is not in the room; again, I am not trying to be biased, but trying to be fair; and Yes, our after hours line is Animal Medical Center, but that is because encase you have an emergency, and we are not available, you have some where that can treat your pet immediately. Also, some say that our staff and Dr. have attitudes like we do not like animals; well, excuse me but to be in this profession, liking animals is a must! Anyways, just trying to get some truth about our office out there. Please visit us :)!
