Dr. Lavalley is WONDERFUL! I have been taking my dog to Dr. Lavalley for several years. We had been to a couple other Vets before finding Dr. Lavalley and we are so thankful to have found her. She has a great rapport with animals and always treats my dog well. Dr. Lavalley is always friendly and I feel that she provides my baby the best possible care. The only complaint I have is the front office staff at this office. Most of the time they don't greet me when I come in the door and very rarely am I told to have a good day when leaving. I feel like I am inconviencing them by being there.(I think someone needs to tell them that they wouldn't have a job if it weren't for customers being there!) They are just rude, rude, rude!!
