I've taken a couple of my pets here now and always get over the top customer service! They are very affordable and give you payment options, and various care options to help save money. The staff is very personable and care more about your pets then making a quick buck off of you!

Dr. Herd and her staff is wonderful, she really cares about her furry clients and their families. She took the time to research and find the best treatment for our little malti-poo and cared for him for several years. When it was time for him to go, Animal House was so sweet to us. It made thing easier and that was important to us.

The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because the location was difficult for me to find...now that I know where they are, I will be returning. The staff and Dr. were exceptionally friendly, courteous and especially caring of my dog. I just needed a rabies shot for her and I was pleasantly surprised they did not push extra services, product, tests at me. This is why I will not return to Bainfield Hospital located in one of the large Pet Supply chains. I have taken my dog in for routine vaccinations and left a whole bunch "poorer" because of added expenses. Thanks for the great service and care.

Animal House is the best vet in Nashville as far as I am concerned. They were able to cure my yorkie's skin issue after 6 months of treatment from Banfield. I will not ever go to another vet as long as I have my pets. LOVE LOVE LOVE Animal House.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Herd and her staff. They are welcoming, knowledgeable, understanding, and compassionate--all around great people. And if that weren't enough, the prices are fair. I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else.
