I had previously never used Dr. Spain for any of my cats, but had a very sick, elderly cat that needed to be put to sleep. We didn't want the cat's last moments to be stressed out and spent in a car or vet's office, but for her to be able to pass at home where she was comfortable. A friend recommended Dr. Spain to us, and she couldn't have been more wonderful. She was so kind, courteous and compassionate. We were able to keep sweet Muffin at home, and hold her as she passed. If you need your pet to be treated at home for any reason, I highly recommend Dr. Spain.

Dr. Spain was my vet when I lived in Nashville and I cannot help but miss her services since I have moved. She was always forthright and sensible, clearly cared for my cats, and provided services quickly and, of course, at my home. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a vet.
