Great service, great Docs, warm atmosphere, no gouging. I brought my cat Zoe in there and they were crystal clear in their evaluation, no extra or unnecessary products were pushed on me and my cat loved the doc. I'll be back again and again. AAAAA

I have a cat who has been having intermittent health problems for the past few weeks. I took him to Banfield on Thompson lane to be diagnosed and treated. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful and the Veterinarian, Dr. Duran, was amazing. Dr. Duran was not only friendly and professional, she answered all of my questions, took all of my calls and did the appropriate research to fix my cats health issue. I would highly recommend taking your animal to Dr. Duran if ever you need a wonderful Vet.

Vet said that my dog had a fungal infection and that I needed shampoos and pills to get rid of it. I followed vet's instructions just to find out at the follow up that it wasn't a fungal infection, it was bacterial and that called for different meds. After 4 office visits, 3 different shampoos, antibiotics, ointment and almost $500 I took my dog to another vet who got me on the right track and her skin cleared up in no time.
