I have used the services of Dr. Williams and her staff from the very first day she opened. I have received the best medical service and more importantly the best advice on the stages of my pet's lives. My cat Sally lived to the right old age of 19, my Airedale passed at 14 years after suffering internal injuries after being hit by a car when she was five years old. Great service at reasonable prices.

Anybody who has a problem with Dr. Williams probably has a personality problem of their own. She has been my cat's vet his whole life. I will never go to any other vet. They know me and my cat by name. They offer good, friendly service and their services are (in my opinion) priced way lower than they could be. I'm always surprised at how little the bill is versus what I expect it would be.

Would not authorize a prescription for use at an online pharmacy. Dr. Williams was extremely rude when I asked her to fax the prescription. She told me I had to pick up a written prescription, because it was their policy not to deal with online pharmacies. Then they wouldn't authorize the prescription when pharmacy called to verify. I had to mail the prescription to the pharmacy. My policy is not to give them any more business. Charged low fees first time I boarded an animal there, and then raised rates according to the dog's increased weight without telling me on the second visit. The dog came home neurotic and smelling of urine. I won't return.

After being told that I should put my 16 year old cat down and that I could maybe do test but it was not worth it because she was dying anyway .. (by a very cold vet) .. I turned around and took her home with me.. A few people told me to get a second opinion with a more "caring" vet so I took her to Berryhill animal hospital and can I just say ..they were very sweet and caring, yes indeed there's stuff wrong with her organs, (she is older) however after 3 days of not eating or drinking... they were sweethearts to her and offered a few options to make her feel better Guess what ?? she is eating and drinking and walking!!! I don't know what this means but I am grateful for every single day I have with her, I have to take her back for more liquids today... They said as long as she is eating and drinking it means she is having quality of life even if it is for a bit.. I LOVE THEM

as a new kitten owner, i was quite naive about vet costs & care. my kitten developed ringworm everywhere within a week of picking her up from the shelter. between ineffective ointment + baths as treatment (vs a pill) and a corneal abrasion (as a result of a bath they gave) which was misdiagnosed (by 2 of the 3 vets i saw there) and resulted in application of a drug that made it worse (as i was told with the 3rd vet i saw in the practice in as many weeks), the costs quickly added up. at that point i switched vets, and despite a longer drive, i couldn't be happier.
