Well, I haven't had a problem with them until recently. They have always taken good care of my pets and their prices are resonable. HOWEVER, when I ran out of Interceptor for my 4 year old shih-tzu and tried to get more through via the internet, not only will they not approve any internet meds purchases at all valid prescription or not (they make you buy from the clinic instead) they are now trying to tell me that by law I have to have my dog heartworm tested every single year before they will give me Interceptor for him! I've called 12 other vets in Nashville, Antioch and Franklin and so far nobody else has heard of this "law". My dogs have all been tested for heartworms 18 months ago and have never had heartworms, so don't know why they are all of a sudden pushing for yearly testing. Their credibility has been damaged in my eyes just by telling me that yearly heartworm testing is required by law. If they had said it was a recommendation, then ok......but they specifically said at least 4 times it was a LAW! Other vets have told me they only RECOMMEND heartworm testing every other year.
