Excellent veterinary service and a friendly, helpful staff! I've been taking my cats Yuki and Seraphina here for years. The doctors there are very willing to spend time discussing your pets' health needs and treatment options. And they are one of the only clinics in town that still stock the FIV booster vaccine for cats.

I love Dr. Torshia and the staff at Nippers Corner. They are caring, friendly and responsive. I've been taking my babies there for about 7-8 years and have never had a bad experience. I highly recommend them!

We just love the staff and the care my dogs receive at the clinic. My neighbor recommended Nippers Corner Pet Medical Center because she just loves how Dr. Torchia does a wonderful job with her dog. Dr. Torchia and her staff take time to explain things with me. She does a great job making sure that my dogs are healthy. I feel confident they are under great care at the clinic. I also use them to groom by big 88-pound Goldendoodle. I've tried many places throughout Nashville and Brentwood and I have found them to give him the best cut for the Goldendoodle breed.

Brought my 10lb dog in for a simple teeth cleaning for "Feb dental health month" and ended up with over a $600 bill for surgery that I didn't approve and wasn't notified that it would be possible or necessary. Feels like a bait and switch ... 10% off means... we double the bill first... then take 10% off. I was planning to go out of town for vacation this weekend but, now I had to cancel because I have a special friend in pain and on antibiotics. Whatever happened to communication and letting the pet owners decide...?

We were quoted $67 for the groom. 4 hours after we dropped him off (and after my partner received a lecture on food from the receptionist), we were called saying that they were going to have to sedate him for the grooming. I had specifically asked if they did cats and if they were used to large cats (26lbs) and they assured me they were. Chow has been shaved twice a year for the last 4 years without difficulty. It ended up costing over $150 for the grooming and Chow looks horrible...he has stripes all over him from where they cut so close to the skin. Will not return.
