I had an Appointment for my Dog for a possible ear infection at 11:20 am. I arrived at 11:10. The girl at the front Desk who is not professional at all. Took my Dog to get weight and temp taken. Then, we waited 30 mins longer for her to take us back to the exam room. THERE was not another animal being treated. I have no idea why the wait was so long except for the Front desk Girl talking about what her plans were for the weekend. My Dog and I waited another 23 mins in the exam room and no one even checked in on Me or to tell me that I am sorry for the wait. I finally just took my Dog and walked out. Do I recommend this place ABSOLUTELY NOT! I could rate this place a Neg Star I would

I had my kitty Macy spayed in April 2014 and she recovered quickly. Her scar is minimal and thanks to the use of the E collar and pain meds she did not get any infections. Thanks Value Vet :)

I called 12/23/13 asking to make an appointment someone who was very rude answered the phone. And told me in 12/24 there qould only be walk ins from 8 to 2 then hung up. Im not impressed one bit qith the way I was treated over the phone

I like this place. I have a habit of catching baby kitties and then finding them good homes. Value Vet is the place I take those kitties and my own cats for vaccinations and such. I just took one of my rescues to a private practice bc I couldn't get to the Value Vet and guess what? It was awful. Very expensive, the people were very cold towards me and yes I was on a limited budget bc I just found this kitty and was GIVING IT AWAY so I wasn't going to spend a ton on it. Well.. a couple hundred bucks later guess what? The private vet's assistant then was like "I will adopt the kitty" of course! After I spent over $200 on it. It was just not very up-front and honest, and after they tried to sell me on tons of stuff for the kitty their own employee was going to adopt. Value Vet would have never treated me that way. I'm going there today with my new find. I expect low prices, and to get things done. They also respect people like me who actually get animals off of the street, get them fixed, and find a home. I need to start a non-profit....
