Never had a better veterinary experience in over 60 years!. Wonderful, caring and compassionate staff and I can't say enough about Dr. Stone. He is a new addition and they are having an open house on March 1. Please go meet him. He goes to great lengths to explore all options of treatment, explains them in detail, and helps the pet parents decide the best course of action. Very caring and you never feel hurried or rushed. He is, by far the best veterinarian I have ever had.

Everyone at this location is fantastic, Dr M. does a wonderful job with all of my pets. They always make sure my pets are up to date on vaccines and other preventative care. Definitely recommend this location for anyone in the market for a reliable/high quality vet.

I have to say thank you to all the staff and the Vet the day I took my dog Titus into Banfield. He had been in a lot of pain for three days. We had taken him to another vet that blamed his pain on his teeth which was not the case at all. Banfield was quick to get us in on a Sunday, very accomodating, and thorough. You could tell both the staff and Vet took pride in their jobs and very much loved taking care of animals. I was amazed to see the cards on the door thanking them for what a wonderful job they had done. One even thanking them for how well they handled putting one her animals to sleep and how compationate they were. After our visit with the visit with them I understood completely why they received those cards. The pain Titus was having wasn't coming from his teeth it was arthritis. We asked for x-rays just to ease our minds. The vet said he would do them but he felt there was really no need except to make us feel better. We did ask for the x-rays just to ease our minds but it wasn't because we didn't trust his judgement. He spent quality time with Titus examining him and explaining to us what exactly was causing the pain. After the x-rays he again took out the time to explain everything and was willing to take as much time as was needed for us to understand. People who don't have pets may not understand how important it is to have those qualities in a vet but it's the same as taking your child to the doctor. Titus is much better now and they have called to check on him. I'm very pleased and will definitely go back.

recommend banfields for shots, wellness visits and teeth cleaning. go elsewhere to take your sick pet.
