Great Care for my pet! Customer service top notch. The little extras to take time to explain in detail treatment options, risks, involve owner in treatment plans. I also saw the other side and had my Coco put down, it was a tough situation, but the staff and the dignity that she received made my loss more tolerable. I have never been more impressed with the level of professionalism and care.

I love Country Creek Animal Hospital!!! The staff is always helpful and very sweet and caring with my animals. Dr. Mensik always explains things thoroughly and makes sure I know my options regarding the treatment plan.
