I hadn't found a vets office that I liked since I have moved to Arlington. Crossroads Animal Clinic was awesome! They had never seen Tula before, but were extremely patient, and could see my concern. The staff made sure that before I left we had a solution for our issue and gave me pointers that have worked out great! I was even sent a letter in the mail to make sure Tula was okay, that has never happened before. It was very nice. I have already made another appointment for the future. I had the best experience!

We have been bringing our dogs to Crossroads for 25yrs. I would never entrust my dogs with anyone else. Previously, Dr Kennedy and then Dr. Minton. They are the worlds most wonderful vets . The staff is caring, friendly and above excellence in our book. Thanks for always taking care of us, Jackson and those who have gone before.

What a great group of staff members! I have never had any luck with other places we go to get him groomed,checked up, etc. From as soon as we walked in the staff engaged us and worked together like professionals. Everyone was so nice and good with my dog . I look forward to going back again and will recommend this place to my family and friends!

When we moved to Arlington four years ago, I visited four different clinics in order to try to find the best one. We'd had a bad experience in Georgetown, TX, and I never wanted to be in that situation again. From the moment I entered the door at Crossroads, I knew this was "The Place". The clinic was bright and clean. The staff greeted me warmly and were very excited that I wanted to visit. Terry offered to show me around the entire clinic, including that mysterious back room that no other vet has ever allowed me to see! The entire clinic was as clean as the front. The kennels were clean and large enough to accommodate my 60 lb dog and still allow her room to move around. Over the years I've realized that I made a great decision. Dr. Kennedy and, then, Dr. Minton have both been wonderful vets who clearly love animals. If I have a quick question, I'm always able to call and speak to someone on staff. They are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Crossroads Animal Clinic if you are looking for someone to care for your pet as if they are part of your family. I know that my Maddie is a family member - we haven't told her she's a dog yet and the folks at Crossroads play right along with us! :-)

Great Doctor, great staff! I followed Dr. Minton from her old clinic (3 blocks from my house) to Crossroads (roughly 10 miles) because she is the best! We have a multi cat family and she knows what a tight budget we're on. Not only does she give us the best rate she can, but she helps us address issues by priority so we spend as little as possible. She has pulled teeth, done neutering, treated serious diseases and injuries for our cats and I'd recommend her to anyone - and have. My boss had her dog diagnosed and successfully treated by Dr. Minton when her old vet could not figure out what was wrong with him. I assure you - Dr. Minton really does care about her patients and their people! She even called us at home on a Sunday to try to assist us in an emergency! You don't find that much these days and I'm so glad we have her.
