The only place I will take my pets! They are expensive, but all the staff is amazing! Not to mention knowledgeable and very courteous! Plus they are open 24/7! And they allow you to call and bug them all the time when you have a sick pet.

Friday 4-30-10 night my 14 y/o daughter's 7 mo old male kitten was attacked by dogs. It was her 1st boyfriends 1st gift to her & her first animal that was solely hers. We took him to Banfield in Petsmart off Brodie, but they don't have overnight care, so referred us to AM/PM. In front of my crying daughter, Paige slapped a form on counter and said they would not touch the kitten without a CC with @ least $2000 on it or $500 cash. I called Banfield back & they said they didn't know AM/PM was that way & would not refer them any longer. We ended up going to Emergency Animal Hospital on Frontier, who were OUTSTANDING! They put the kitten on O2, IV, pain meds, consoled my daughter, explained injuries very well & put kitten down for less then $200, with 6 mos to pay. Not one word about money til the end and only focused on the kitten & my daughter's feelings. AM/PM has several bad reviews & I have called every Vet in S Austin only to confirm that AM/PM is rude, greedy & uncaring!
