My dog had been suffering for months and months with skin infections and hair loss. Our regular vet tried multiple things, but nothing made the problem go away. Dr. Nichols was thorough, knowledgeable, nice, & obviously loves dogs (my dog actually wasn't afraid of him). After visiting him once, and following his advice, my dog's skin cleared up completely. He did not try to over sell anything. He went with a conservative approach (which was definitely more economical), as opposed to automatically suggesting a barrage of tests. Just keep in mind - he is a specialist. If you're dog is having so much trouble that they need one, even the conservative approach will be expensive.

Dr. Nichols was recommended to me by my vet and I am so glad I went to see him. He was very friendly and honest about his findings. He talked to me longer than any other doctor has and I appreciated that. My cat really liked the office since there wasn't a lot of loud noises or other animals around. It felt like a room in our house and she made herself right at home. She's usually very skittish in new surroundings. I would recommend Dr. Nichols to everyone.

Great place and I haven't even gone to my appointment yet. I made a phone call to schedule a visit, and the receptionist was very helpful by informing me what to do for temporary treatment. Hospitable customer service!
