Doesn't look like much from the outside ... but this place is well taken care of; very clean and organized. We had to take our cat there, and the people that work there are very friendly and informative; it was apparent that they DO care. Thanks again guys!!

My Lucas had to get pin and wire surgery on his leg because my brothers Rottweiler accidentally stepped on him during a walk. I was very satisfied with the staff and how loving everyone was to my pup. I recommend this place to anyone with a furry friend.

The staff is very patient. I like to bring my dogs here for preventative care like vaccinations and nail clippings. I don't recommend them for dental cleaning because they didn't have an x-ray machine. For Dental Cleanings go to Austin Vet Clinic. Animal Trustees of Austin have the cheapest prescriptions for heartworm and flee treatments. Go on off hours when you can because the weekends and after 5pm are very busy.

What they do is great, there really is no other organization like it in the US. Having said that, be aware that you have to be there to get this great service; their phone system couldn't be worse. It is like trying to get in touch w/a gov't agency. You'll keep trying, get a run around to a dead end then hang up & try again and it begins again. If you don't have the time to just go there & wait your turn take your furry friend to a regular Vet.

Animal trustees is awesome! They have the best prices in town on service... plus they are helping pets on the side. I had a dog that was horrible was getting her nails clipped and they patiently went through 20 minutes of her yelping in order to clip her nails. It can be difficult to get to if you are coming from the south, but worth it. You do have to wait but you can walk your dog. they will tell you how long it will be till they can see you. also , if you don't need to see the vet, it takes less time
