I have only positive things to say about Austin Vet Care. I've had two emergency visits and several office visits where my pets have had care. Not only was Dr. Callaway amazing, but also the techs were so kind and helpful. Even as my dog lay in critical care, during multiple visits I found several staff members in my boy's cage just hanging. What I particularly like is that if there isn't an emergency they allow you back to visit with your pet. Moreover than they care my dogs have received, I have experienced the utmost kindness from the staff particularly when I had to make the most difficult decision of my life--to euthanize my boy--they hadn't known him but for two days, but even they had tears in their eyes and I received multiple hugs and words of encouragement. I value their service.
