We have come here for so many years but with their move it has been one over priced thing after another. They say one thing and then they charge you more for another. We went there over a month ago and they debited our funds (I know I check daily) at that time it was more than 800 worth .. I thought, cool it went through. Well what do you know? They didn't fully take the debit out and so over a month later they decided to debit the amount. Who does that, who waits over a month to charge a debit card? If you are tight on funds DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMAL HERE EVER!!

Traumatizing and bad. Over $300 in bills, a VERY wrong diagnosis to the point they said they advised I surrender my little cat to Austin Pets Alive, AFTER almost a week of waiting for that wrong diagnosis. Losing sleep during that long week over the belief my cat was nearing death, telling my 4 year old to say goodbye to her first pet, then giving her over finally to APA. Come to truly find out, she had pneumonia which she is being treated for and healing from , had 2 kittens, and is doing well...but I will never see her of her kittens because I took her to Dr. Linzi and believed her diagnosis. My previous experiences with Dr Scroggs were great...but after my latest experience and losing a family member...I just cannot in good conscience, recommend them.

I have taken my dog here for her vaccinations and check-up quite a few times and to be spayed. The facility is nice and clean and the vets and staff are all nice. I am no longer going here because they are a walk-in clinic only and every time I go in, I have to wait 1.5-2 hours to get in for an appointment that takes no more than 10 minutes. I am finding a vet who will take appointments.

Thank god for this Clinic! My poor puppy only 4 1/2 months got Parvo and was very Ill. I took him to the Veterinary Hospital in buda and they charged me a whole lot of money for only some SQ fluids and Nausea medicine. I then had to hospitalize him over the weekend at another facility that took about $700 from me. Finally when I got out I found this clinic and saw a sign of relief. They were very kind to me and Oliver and were more worried about his health than money. Dr.Scroggs came in and explained the very affordable cost of the treatment he still needed. Ollie went in yesterday and by night he was finally eating after a week with not wanting to. I'm so happy with my visit here I will definitely be returning!! :)

I scheduled an appointment here and felt like they did a great job of getting me in on time and they run an efficient office.
