Dr Mitzi Clark and Michelle were absolutely phenomenal. The staff from start to finish was nothing but professional and conscientious of our time as well as others. I would recommend them again without any reservation as to their professionalism and their treatment. My lab is finally growing his hair back and he has decreased with the red hot spots from allergies...they are not all gone but we are on our way to a much healthier doggy. He feels better, he is playing and is interacting with the other dogs now and is pretty much back to his old self. We still have a ways to go as he is allergic to all grasses and all trees on the elisa test except two of them. But...we are making progress....FINALLY..with their help and the help of our regular vets, Dr. Sheryl Proctor and Dr Luke Proctor.

This place is the best of the best and the doctors are top notch. Our one year old Golden Retriever was so very seriously ill. He had apparently swallowed a piece of plastic and it was stuck in his intestine. He was horribly, horribly ill. I was terrified, fearing the worst and was a total basket case. They got him into surgery almost immediately and removed the plastic (and a bit of his intestine, that's how bad it got). After two days he was eating again and I may get to pick him up tomorrow. I cannot tell you how wonderful the entire staff is, they were patient with me and gave him the best care. He even licked their faces when I visited him, I could tell that he loved them for taking such good care of him. Their reputation is stellar, and in my opinion, is very well deserved. I will trust them with all of my pets. Thank you for saving our beloved puppy CTVSH!

My 7 year old chihuahua/baby Martini was attacked in Petsmart by a greyhound on MLK day. After Banfield (Petsmart vet on site) butchered her and inserted tubes too large, removed them too early, and misdiagnosed her bacteria infection and antibiotics, 2 weeks later they referred her to CTVSH and said she would probably need her leg amputated. From the moment I walked in I felt like they actually cared about my pooch and could see the pain and distress this had been causing in my life as well. They were attentive, quick, informative, caring, reassuring, factual and patient. As of tonight martini is still under their care, but they will never know how thankful I am for their service and expertise. I am confident she will Make a full recovery. I really like that they let me visit her daily and they all know her name when I'm there with her and treat us like friends. :)
