the vets and technicians were extremely friendly and professional, and i was very impressed with how the vet took her time to thoroughly discuss all the potential causes and approaches to treating my dog's skin allergies- a lifelong problem that's recently flared up. After 11 years of being a customer of Century Animal Hospital, I finally had enough. I finally got tired of them constantly looking for ways to pump up the bill. If you're looking for constant guilt trips about "suggested" services and creative ways to add to the bill, this is the place. I should have known something was up by the way Dr Boehnke won't look you in the eye or on how they like to use the line, "since [insert pet name] can't speak, I'm going to speak for him." That's when they hit you with the $500 teeth cleaning recommendation.

I've been taking my cats and dog to Dr. Nairn and her staff for years. They treat me and my furry children like family. I always know they are providing the best care for my furry children. The doctor's and staff have been working together for 10, 15, 25 plus years. One reason I started taking my cats to Dr. Nairn is my sister, Sandy, was taking her dog Ames to her. I went to one visit and felt the warmth and caring atmosphere at Century that I never felt at my previous vet's office. After only one visit, Dr. Nairn remembered my name. I had been going to another vet for years who never remembered my name or my cat's names. The doctor's and staff are always looking out for their patients and their human parents. They make sure to start with the minimal treatments at the lowest costs to their clients, but will never sacrifice what is best for the dog or cat. They have a wonderful way of knowing when to balance what is good for the furry patients and their treatment. I always know that I can trust my furry children to the care provided by Dr Nairn, Dr. Boenke and Dr Van Brunt and their awesome staff.
