I had an absolutely amazing experience at this practice, and in particular with Dr. Paglia--she is simply amazing! I was referred here by my veterinarian when my dog had a corneal ulcer that would not heal. I was able to get an appointment the very same day, which I couldn't believe especially given the way human doctor offices usually work. Plus, the place was a very convenient location to where I live and work. My dog is my child, and I was so worried when I got there, but the staff quickly put me at ease with their kindness. Dr. Paglia came in and knew what to do right away. She has such an amazing warmth about her, and is really one of the most compassionate vets I have ever encountered. She also is really darn smart! She took a lot of time to talk to me and make sure I was comfortable with all the information, and I left there knowing that my pup was in good hands. The corneal ulcer healed up very well after she performed a 'grid', and my dog has been great ever since. I would highly recommend this place to anyone whose pet is in need of eye care.

I have 5 pets and I work with animals, so I have been to more than my fair share of vet offices. This place is excellent! ECFA gave me an appointment on the day I called. This is after 3 others in the area had at least 1 week waits. I waited 5 minutes & was moved to the exam room. The vet tech was thorough, friendly, and kind and gentle with my dog. Dr. Dees immediately followed with a very thorough exam and was also very kind and gentle. My dog's eye looked pretty bad, and the cause of the issue could be much worse, but these guys were great at setting me at ease, regardless of how bad the situation might be. His syndrome was thoroughly explained to me and I felt very comfortable with moving forward with the treatment plan they suggested. They clearly are experts . My only fear was the bill. Such a thorough examination with so many tests would easily cost a fortune elsewhere. My bill was $160, and worth every penny. I am so impressed with this clinic. I wish they could be our go to spot for everything.

The whole clinic staff has been wonderful to our dog and to us. Dr Dees performed a surgery on my 17 year old cairn terrier that has saved his eyesight. All the staff were involved in the surgery to make sure this old dog had the best chance. I believe this surgery will extend his life and quality of life.
