Dr. Holcomb and his staff have ALWAYS been EXCEPTIONAL!!!!!!!! I have always been asked up front if I want any service so I can make that decision and know the cost. I always am given 100% by Dr. Holcomb and his staff! THE BEST IN AUSTIN!!!

Deceptive billing practices. Quoted 1 price on the phone then when it came time to pay the bill was 4x the quoted price. I looked at the itemized list and these were things we never asked for nor wanted. My favorite Dr Holcomb experience was when he just announced "we're going to check for heart worms" then 10 seconds later they're doing it. No permission was sought, no discussion, just boom taking blood from our pup. Then it was on the bill. The staff is extremely rude too, but that is a known quantity when you interact with them, it is the deceptive billing that is so unethical and morally repugnant. Trick me once, shame on you. I'll never be back.
