My examined my new adopted puppy there, they recommended to buy a care package for $350. After 5 days, my puppy dead. I asked them for partial refund, they refused. It is like a scam, you paid, you will be trapped there. Make money for poor animal, shame on you.

We have been taking our Choc Lab to Tanglewood ever since we got hosed by other clinics. They are always nice, accommodating, and shoot straight with you. We moved to far west Austin and still make the drive south to this clinic. Satisfied client for 8 years now. Roy and Rebecca

Great Clinic and Staff Great experience for me and my new rescue dog! The nice staff at VCA Tanglewood obviously love animals and Dr. Streid is an incredibly friendly and experienced veterinarian who explained everything in depth as he patiently and sincerely made friends with my dog. My dog loved him! They gave me the initial exam free since the dog was adopted from a local shelter, and the cost of the monthly heart worm dosages was unbelievably affordable. I highly recommend VCA Tanglewood.

Our toy poodle started acting lethargic, vomiting, and had bloody diarrhea. We are not from the area and found this place via internet. We can not be more impressed with this place. We called and they told us to come right in, we maybe waited 5 mins before we saw the vet. He had seen these symptoms in multiple other dogs that week and was able to treat her promptly, & inexpensively. They kept her for a few hours to make sure she was stable. After we picked her up her symptoms went away after about 24 hours and they even called to check on her. I wish we were staying here permanently so that they could be our vet! Love, Love, Love them.
