They are both friendly/laidback and thorough/professional. Dr. Mouser is great...nice to have someone who knows cats so well. Everyone at Westgate Pet & Bird has been attentive and helpful. Before Westgate, I had gone to a well-rated hospital on Brodie and felt like just another face in the crowd. I was also given recommendations for expensive treatments that seemed iffy to me. Dr. Mouser has been trying to do what's best for my cat while also keeping in mind the costs. Much appreciated!

I've taken my various cats, dogs, and birds to Westgate Pet & Bird Hospital ever since it opened. The vets and staff are all very caring and knowledgeable about all their patients. They all stay current with continuing education and maintain contact with other experts in their fields. When necessary they run lab work to know what treatments to use on infections rather than taking a shotgun approach with whatever antibiotic is handy. This leads to a quicker resolution to the problem infection. I can't recommend them highly enough. They are tops in my book!

We got our Labrador retriever when she was 4 and have used Westgate Pet & Bird Hospital for the last four years. I’m totally satisfied with the way they have taken care of Brandy. We got a good recommendation about this veterinary hospital when we got her. We have full trust in the type of care we have gotten over the years from them. They have been the only Vet we have taken her to for treatment and will in the future.

Our family have been with Westgate Pet & Bird Hospital for many years first through our cat Ms. Daisy and now with Sniffers. There is no other place we would take our precious blessing. Sniffers is already a pampered princess and can be difficult at times but the staff has always treated her like she is the only pet in the hospital. We feel like family and our four legged extension of our family is treated with tender loving care whenever she is there. Thank God for the professional yet compasionate staff.

The staff and doctors at Westgate Pet & Bird are great. They were so kind when we lost our beloved pet. They sent a card and called to check on our family. I can not say enough about the care our pet received during a difficult time. We adopted a new family member and we continue to utilize their services for her care. They are wonderful.
