my dogs ear was swollen up pretty bad. I called this place and they wanted a 30.00 office visit. 35.00 ear swab. 360.00 to lance her ear. I talked to another doctor across town and he told me that he has not lanced a dogs ear in over FIFTEEN years! He told me if it is not painful to the dog (which it was not) to just leave it alone. After two and a half weeks her ear was back to normal. This place does not care about animals they are just worried about the almighty dollar. I recommend that you stay as far away from this place as you can. This is one greedy doctor. (I'm wondering if he is even a doctor or not)

Horrible!!! My puppy Shadow was having trouble breathing so i took him here. He barely paid attention to him and sent us home saying nothing was wrong just minor bleeding in his throat and some swelling. He kept him over night and we picked him up the next day. When we got there they charged us around $350 for the visit and an antibiotic he told us he would be fine we just had to wait. 3 Days went by and he wasn't getting better and he was weezing a lot so we took him to a vet in Hulen. The vet immediately took him in and not even 2 minutes later he came back out and told us that he wasn't getting any oxygen into his lungs and he was suffocating slowly! In the end we had to put him down because it was too late to do anything more for him. My baby rottweiler was just 3 months old...i wish i wouldn't have listen to this vet. .. He killed my puppy!!!

DON"T take your animals to this man. Last Wednesday I took my puppy to him because she wasn't acting right and when I told him she had low blood surgar he agrued with me. He said all she had was a stomach virus and gave her an antibiotic. By Friday afternoon she was in a full seizure when I got home from work. I rushed her back to the vet and he said her blood sugar was so low they couldn't read it. They started giving her glucose and came and told me she had low blood sugar. I reminded him that I had told him that she had low blood sugar on Wednesday because I had bought her from another vet in Joshua and he said he didn't take the word of another doctor. They gave her glucose and got her where she wasn't seizing and sent us home. I was checking on her every hour after I got home and at 2:00am I got up and found her dead. That man charged me over $200 to kill my Holly. If he had listen to me when I told him on Wednesday she was already diagnoised with low sugar she might have been saved, but instead he argued with me about it and again when I took her back on Friday he argued again with me and finally did a blood test on her and told me exactly what I had already said. The man had the nerve to tell me she wasn't hypoglysimic on Wednesday, but had became that way on Friday. WHY wouldn't he listen to me on Wednesday. She might have lived if he had. My daugthters Christmas present died exactly one week before Christmas because of this man.

Dr.Henley is not a people person and has a very straight to the point bedside manner. The man is wonderful with animals though so its easy to look past that, after all I'm not going to his office to see him.
