I've taken both my cats here several times, great experience every time. A little pricier, but i would rather pay a little more and provide my furry family the best care in the area than bring them somewhere else. Friendly,helpful staff, frequent updates on how your pet is doing if you drop off, very clean, they actually take the time to really look over your pet, and of coarse great care. Some places might be cheaper, but then they try to cram as many pets in as little time as they can, which is not the best situation for your pet if you're needing something other than a vaccine. Go to a place that cares as much as you do!

The team on Brown Trail is absolutely wonderful ! my cat Sasha gets the best treatment I could ever wish for ... I wish I got that kind of treatment at my doctors' office !!! I've heard nothing but great things about this animal hospital ... a good friend referred me and I'm so glad he did. I have never trusted any veterinarian this much ... I have complete confidence and trust in them ... if anyone had an issue with this office, I would be totally surprised, I doubt it very much Thank you for all you do!

I asked for the cost of spaying my puppy before I booked an appointment and was told $368.94. The level of specificity lead me to believe that this was an exact price. Being understanding in the nature of a business, I budgeted $370 - $380. On the morning that I brought my puppy, they told me that it was $530.xx with some optional services, but no less than $445.xx for all required services. That's $65 - $150 more than I had budgeted. If they had been more accurate in their quoting, I wouldn't have wasted my time or theirs today.

We've taken our pets to Brown Trail for several years, because the vets there are outstanding. I've been to a few other vet clinics in the Grapevine-Euless-Bedford area, and they were all staffed by competent vets, but Brown Trail is a cut above the rest. We adopted a kitten three years ago, and immediately discovered she was very sick. The veterinarians at Brown Trail took great care of her. They sent us home with the appropriate medications and clear instructions. We were worried about her, because she was less than three months old, but she began to recover quickly once she started the medication. I still remember how relieving it was to see that. This type of business isn't like a dry cleaning service or a car wash. Like many pet owners, we consider our pets to be part of our family, and if one of them gets sick, I want them to get the best care possible. Our cat had a rough start in life, with two infectious diseases at only 3 months old, but today she is happy, healthy, playful, and very loving. I'm grateful to the vets at Brown Trail for that. Actually, their youngest and least experienced veterinarian once did an operation on my relative's dog, and her performance of the surgery was flawless. I visited them about a week or so afterwards, and you would never know she had been through recent surgery. She recovered quickly and without complications. Whether it's for routine vaccinations, or if one of our pets happens to get sick, I really do trust them at Brown Trail with their care. That's my objective opinion after over three years of my pets being their patients.

For the many years we have been at BTAC, the vets have had care and concern for our many King Charles Cavaliers. Our Cavaliers have provided unique medical challenges and the vets have not stopped until they found the right treatment. Their dedication allowed us to enjoy our first two Cavaliers for several years longer than expected.
