The staff and Doctors at Boerne Vet Clinic are caring and compassionate towards the animals in their care as well as the owners. When I first arrived I felt immediately at rest, calm and assured. After having a devastating experience at another local vet hospital , my dog and I were anxious about what lie ahead. We were pleasantly surprised . My dog's records, due to special needs are quite extensive. Dr. "A" took the time to read through all of them prior to our appointment. My dogs were the ultimate judges! My boy with anxiety and diabetes took himself to the ground, paws up in the air for belly rubs from Dr. "A" . He only does this when he's happy & for special people. Dr. Rapp stopped by the exam room as well to meet the new patients and their pack. The staff at Boerne Vet Clinic helped make us feel as if we were part of their family/ We look forward to a lasting relationship!
