I have been using this clinic for at least 15 years. I highly recommend Dr. Crouch and all his staff. Just a great place for boarding your pet. I've always had excellent service with caring and supportive staff for my animals.

I haven't been there personally, but it was my first time taking my puppy to the vet and i really wanted to know my options, so I called everywhere. I had previously called here and I called again to make sure my info was correct, and the receptionist was rude saying she had already answered me before. If theyre rude over the phone I imagine how they must treat their patients in person

My wife and I have taken all of our various dogs and cats to the Animal Medical Clinic for the last 10 years and have always had prompt, professional care and treatment. I'm only writing now because I was surprised when I went online to get the phone number (for yet another appointment) and saw the negative reviews. I just wanted to say that we have always really liked the place and the folks there have been great with us and our pets.

Worst place to take your animals! They are EXTREMELY rude and do not know what good customer service is. I called to inquire about a procedure and they were plain rude at the front desk about answering my questions. I also had a friend who took one of his dogs and all they seemed to care about was making money. The dog passed away due to their lack of professionalism. Take your animals to other veterinarians like Companion Animal Hospital or Brownsville Veterinary Hospital, but NOT to Animal Medical Clinic!

Everywhere else in Brownsville you get a city license with your rabies, except here!!
