My dog had an eye irritation and went here to get treatment to find a solution. The doctor told us that she needed an eye flush and when I picked her up she was irritated and scratched her eye the worst I have seen it and asked the doctor why they didn't put a dog cone and they had no response. (they also wrote down that the dog looked fine after the procedure which was a big lie.) After numerous times going there trying to find a solution and spending large amounts of unnecessary money the doctor finally said that the eye lids were rolled under and eyelashes were irritating the dog. After that I took the records and went elsewhere I took her to Matamoros and in 5 minutes the Mexican vets told me that the eyelids is what causing the problem. Something that took Animal Companions a year to tell us!

Staff was a bit rude. I took my dog for a nail trim and the girl missed a nail. I gave them all my info for my dog about her shots, they ended up giving her a second rabies shot when she didn't need it. It seems all they want is money.

We brought in a dog that found us...she was extremely underweight and had mange. They were so nice and explained every option we had. They took really good care of her and treated her quickly. Highly recommend!

Where no help at all

STAFF IS EXCELLENT. They saved my cockatiel who was between death and life, and now he's like new, overcame an illness that nearly drove him to die. Vet and techs are cool, sweet, and really interacted well with my baby.
