Bulverde Animal Hospital is wonderful! The docs and the entire staff take such good care of our pets and pay close attention to their physical and emotional well being. Their hours are super convenient, they are reasonably priced, and they never push any unnecessary tests or treatment. Without a doubt, I know my pets are getting the best possible care. Dr. Bunting and Dr. K are fantastic!

While I would not characterize this facility as horrible, on two separate occasions I had a less than positive experience. What's most troubling to me is that I posted reviews here after each occasion, and both posts have mysteriously disappeared. How is this occurring unless someone is censoring honest feedback? The posts were not overly critical, and, I thought, very constructive. Please be aware that the reviews posted here are not an accurate reflection of the quality of care or customer service at this location.

Dr. Kothmann and Bulverde Animal Hospital offered us compassionate and practical service -- all on a Saturday right before closing time. The staff was helpful and kind and we will definitely adopt Bulverde Animal Hospital for all of our vet needs.

Did not have to wait at all for my appointment. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The Vets are knowledgeable and efficient when treating my pet.
