Thank you so much to Dr Patin, Dr Mia and the wonderful staff.... We have been through a tough weekend with two kitties that were adopted from the NB Humane Society. After one of the kitties died, Mia saw the second kitty and diagnosed her with Panleukopenia Virus .. Since it was a Saturday and they are closed on Sunday and Monday(Memorial Day) Mia made sure that we had her number to give her a call if we needed her. I have called Dr Patin many times in the middle of the night because I am such a paranoid pet owner and he has always been there for us. I'm not sure what the last two reviewers are talking about, but Kathy is NOT unprofessional or 'Satan" Kathy has taken care of our animals before when were out of town and I would trust her with any of them. She and the staff have come in on Sundays' because we wanted to pick up our animals from boarding and not make them stay another night. Perhaps you were having a bad day, but I know that what you are saying is not the truth. Regarding the cost.. Dr Patin is the most honest vet you will find. He will tell you what treatment route is best, but will also tell you alternatives if there are. He has referred me to other Vets if he felt it was necessary. I 'interviewed' at least 5 different vets in the area before I found Country Hills Vet.. they won because they are the best.. bottom line. From the owner to the receptionist, to the vet techs and the kennel staff.. you will not find a group of people that care for your animals more than they do. Once you go there, you will see that you are part of their family. Thank you for all you do!!!

I can't give them zero stars, so I have to give them one. First let me say that I will never ever take my animals to this clinic. They have a receptionist named Kathy who is completely unprofessional, unfriendly, and unaware of what customer service is. She is extremely hateful and rude, and should never be allowed to interact with the capacity in any capacity whatsoever. I hope one day Dr. Patin will see this review and see what a venomous viper he has working for him. I'm new to the area, and I have five animals for which I'm seeking a new veterinarian. He'll never see any of that money because the initial point of contact, Kathy, aka Satan, can't act like a professional over the phone.

Don't go here. This vet is a money loving individual who preys on people's vulnerabilities with pet emergencies. He charged us $2,000 for our pet to receive an I.V. and seizure medication. I think that if your smart you'll do your homework and find someone who is willing to help your pet and not swindle ever last penny he can for his own usage. I'm so upset, I'm done with these types of characters and now have found a new vet home.

Country Hills Vet clinic is the best! The facilities are beautiful, the office staff is incredibly caring and friendly, they always fit us in, and they give pets the best treatment possible! We have been taking our dog, Belle, there for the past two years, and she recently had some really complicated medical issues. They took us right away, and worked with us until we found a treatment option that worked best for her. She was so sick that we thought we would have to put her down, but through their care, she's back at home and better than ever! We've also boarded her there many times. We often make the reservation last minute, and they have always had room, and we don't worry about her at all because we know she's in great hands!
