Wonderful care! Took my new puppy there to have a botched surgery repaired. The staff and the dr are all very caring and very knowledgeable! I'm so happy I gave them a try!

I have been using this clinic for over ten years. They are very compassionate and caring. They helped me with the care and through the loss of my beloved Sheltie. I can't say enough good things about them.

I agree with who ever poster that post. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS AND CATS THERE. I know when I have taken my dog for grooming it has been horrible now we have to sign papers saying that if they cant groom them they have to be sedated. They won't even put bandannas on them anymore I mean whats up with that. That place should just close down. I heard from one of my friends that takes her dogs there that she took her dog for dental and at the end they ended up charging more than 600 dollars because the new doctor that works there always likes to pull teeth that don't need too and she just wants to charge more so that's her way to do it. When ever I go I keep seeing different people work there I can understand why people leave that place. The one person I don't have a problem with is terri she will always be nice to you and your pet she is wonderful I hope she never leaves because we only like her. I've seen other technicians which I don't now if they are certified or not but there's this one guy who has his hair sticking up he pretends to be friendly with you when he sees you but then he gets irritated with you and your pet as soon as something does not go right he always gives me this bad vibe. I only board my pets when I have too but now that I saw that I don't want to go back to that clinic because most of it is true I can testify to the grooming part and some technicians but I have only seen this old lady that works there when I leave my dog for boarding she doesn't even acknowledge my pet is greets them she just looks like she has an attitude if you does not like working there then she should just quit because she just looks annoyed or angry when you give her any pet. I don't think I have met other people in that place but a lot of us have not returned back. I love my dog and my cat and I don't know what happens back there with the workers but I do not feel comfortable leaving my pets there with people that don't know what they are doing.

I took my cats there and was extremely pleased with the veterinary care (exams, vaccinations, etc) as well as the ancillary pet services (boarding, grooming, etc). The clinic is very clean and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

I assume, based on syntax and grammar, that the two recent reviews published the same day were both by the same recently dismissed employee. A couple of clarifications of intentional untruths are in order. Our kennel is heated and air conditioned and is, in fact, on the same thermostat as the doctors' office. We do hire people with no experience as kennel attendants, but all of our technicians have years of on the job experience and/or associate degrees in veterinary science. We take pride in how we treat the pets in our care and I think it shows. All areas of the clinic, including boarding, surgery, and treatment, have windows to the client areas, so you can always see the care your pet is receiving.
