Ive been taking my two dogs there for the past year and a half. At first enjoyed the company of the staff as i waiting for my pet to be seen by the doctor. I soon came to understand that the hospital was ran by relief doctor and the actual owner had another hospital some where else, and i guess didnt care about this one. I hated the fact that i couldnt see the same doctor between a three time - two weeks recheck period. However, now there is a new permanent doctor that is very intelligent, nice, and some what financially understanding; as much as a doctor could be i guess. The hospital has made a complete turn around since a year ago with even more friendly staff members. But I still have yet to meet the owner of the hospital.....and for that they get only 4stars

My dog was taken here while I was away on vacation, and poor diagnosis and treatment of an eye ulcer ultimately caused my dog to go blind in his eye. His ulcer was serious enough that required urgent care, yet frankford diagnosed it to be a minor infection, and treated it with simple drops. As it worsened, they changed medications to no avail. As soon as I got back and took him to his regular vet, they had me go into the ER but it was too late.
