We just got our first dog six months ago. This is pretty much the only place we've taken Mollie to, besides PetSmart, which is next to our house, and we're yet to feel the need to go anywhere else. We've left Mollie there for a couple of days when we were out of town and we've taken her there for vaccinations. The people are all friendly and nice and knowledgeable. I certainly recommend Noah's Ark Pet Hospital to anyone who's looking for a Veterinarian.

We have been taking our dogs to Noah's Ark since Dr Kapp took over, and would not consider going anywhere else. The concern and care there is superb. We have chow chow dogs, and she handles them the same as any other, while other vets stigmatize them. We enjoy the fact that we are treated like family there, not like someone who just came in and was treated as a stranger. The casual feeling extends to our dogs, and they even seem to like going to the vet. Hurrah for Noah's Ark!!!!!!

I adopted my dog (Dudley -formerly Duke) from Carrollton Animal Shelter about a month ago. I needed to have him neutered before I could bring him home. I was hesitant to choose Noah's because of the reviews but I called the shelter again and spoke with a handler about Noah's. I decided to have the procedure done at Noah's. I called on Monday and they set my little guy up for Wednesday. There was a miscommunication between me and the shelter and they brought him in on Tuesday. Noah's squeezed him in but I couldn't get him until Wednesday and they graciously boarded him for a night. On the phone and in person I got a bit of a lecture about using the e-collar 24/7. I didn't mind at all because in the past I didn't take the advice of a vet about the e-collar and turned a 7day heeling period into a miserable month for my dog so I understood and appreciate their effort to get me to follow their instructions. He was ready to play the day I took him home but I followed the instructions and limited his activity for 10 days. With the exception of eating and being on a leash Dudley had the collar on 24/7 and very little activity. 10 days later Noah's remove his stitches and he healed great! Noah's did a great job on my little guy. The advice I'd give to anyone reading negative reviews is consider whether Noah's instructions were followed. Also the e-collar they provided was not a good fit for Dudley. I had one that I bought from a vet a few years ago that was better sized and a bit more flexible. Noah's has friendly and caring people. I'm glad I chose them.

Medical expertise and loving care without the over-priced haute fru-fru. We've been cat and dog patients for almost two years, and have no complaints.

Okay, so the reception area is not the Ritz hotel but we have received very good service from the hospital for the past four years for our three dogs. First introduced to them when we adopted our rescue dog from the Carrollton dog shelter. Always found the staff to be friendly.Previously used another vet but faced bills that were very high for the work undertaken.Have no hesitation in recommending Noah's Ark for good affordable treatment.
