There saved my little Chihuahua three years ago and I have taken our other pets in and I can't complain on bit , there are nice , there to the people who work there have bad days and some people that go there can't understand that, there are there to take care of out pets who are our furry children ,so DON'T COMPLAIN , the office maybe full are there's a problem in the office

The receptionist was very, very rude when I called to make an appointment. The first impression should be the best. If she was rude when I was trying to make an appointment then I can only imagine how else I would be treated.
